This morning being post-lose-an-hour, I was able to test the problem. Sure enough, once my phone picked up the networks' time (I had to turn the radio/cellular portion of the phone off and back on), all appointments I had created on the Treo were an hour off. I did notice on my phone's Clock &amp; Alarms settings that in addition to the Enable local network time checkbox there is a checkbox labeled Use network time zone.
